<h2>
Seattle at Chicago Game Overview<br />
</h2>
<p>
The outlook for Seattle was not all that bright coming into the season with the third-longest odds to win the NFC West. The Seahawks did not do themselves any favors with a 27-24 road loss against Denver last Sunday in a game that ended as a PUSH and went OVER the closing 42.5-point total line. They are 1-3-1 against the spread in their last five games overall and 4-7-2 ATS in their last 13 games on the road.
</p>
<p>
Seattle had its chances to upend the Broncos in Week 1 in a game that went right down to the wire. Russell Wilson put the ball up 33 times, and he completed 19 passes for 298 yards. He tossed three touchdowns, but he was also picked off twice and sacked six times. The Seahawks only rushed for 64 yards on 16 rushing attempts with Chris Carson gaining 51 yards on seven carries.

<p>
Chicago did everything right for three quarters in last Sunday night's season opener against Green Bay, but in the end, the Bears were on the wrong end of a heartbreaking 24-23 loss as 7.5-point road underdogs. The total in that game went OVER the closing 45-point line. Chicago comes into its season opener at home with a 9-3-1 record ATS in its last 13 home games. The total has stayed UNDER in six of its previous outings at Soldier Field.
</p>
<p>
Mitch Trubisky got Bears’ fans excited with his play against the Packers by completing 65.7 percent of his 33 passing attempts. He ended the game with 171 yards passing and another 32 yards on the ground. The biggest star for Chicago was its newest addition at linebacker, Khalil Mack. He capped off three dominant quarters of play with a 27-yard interception return for a touchdown. The fourth quarter was a different story after Green Bay pulled out the win by scoring 21 points.

Seattle at Chicago Prediction 09/16/2018

I would have to agree that Seattle due to take a step backward this season with a very questionable defense that use to be this team's strong suit. Chicago still has to learn how to close games out, but the addition of Mack adds some solid balance to each side of the ball.

I expect the Bears to quickly get past last week’s disappointing loss with a strong showing for all four quarters this Monday night. Lay the field goal and take Chicago to cover at home.
