Seattle was dominant in a 38-7 trouncing of Minnesota last week. Baltimore was close but lost 15-13 to Miami last Sunday.

The Seahawks offense has really started to click despite the absences of RB Marshawn Lynch and TE Jimmy Graham. QB Russell Wilson has really upped his game in recent weeks and now has 21 TD passes to only 7 interceptions. The loss of Graham seems to have sparked the nondescript group of WRs for Seattle and many are now contributing. WR Doug Baldwin has 5 TD catches over the past 2 weeks after having only 3 in the first 10 games. Rookie WR Tyler Lockett is also getting more reps in the passing game. Baltimore was getting gashed earlier in the year through the air but has played better lately and allows 244 ypg. The running game hasn't missed a beat as rookie RB Thomas Rawls is averaging 5.6 ypc and is a good bet to top the 1,000 yard mark. The o-line was dreadful earlier in the year but they have picked it up in the second half of the season as well. Despite their many injuries, the Ravens have played decently vs. the run. However, they have to deal with the running ability of Wilson as well as of Rawls.

Baltimore's offense is in the hands of QB Matt Schaub now but he is famous for crushing TOs, especially pick sixes. He was at it again last week as Miami DE Derrick Shelby blocked a pass attempt, caught it in the air and ran for a 22-yard TD. Schaub is completing 65% of his passes but faces a real test here. The Seahawks vaunted secondary hasn't been lights out but they are still playing pretty well vs. the pass (220.5 ypg). They also have a strong pass rush. With RB Justin Forsett on IR, rookie RB Javorious Allen is the starter. He's not doing much damage on the ground but he is a very good receiver and will be targeted several times in this game. WR Kamar Aiken has emerged as the top receiver but he'll have his work cut out for him when he lines up against CB Richard Sherman.

Free Seattle Seahawks at Baltimore Ravens Pick

Despite their early-season woes, the Seahawks appear to be peaking, especially on offense. They won't win their division but they should secure a wild-card berth and will be a very tough out for whoever they play against. The Ravens season ended weeks ago and they are just playing out the string. They should play hard for HC John Harbaugh but Seattle is just too strong for them, on both sides of the ball. I expect the Seahawks to emerge from this game with a 4-game winning streak thanks to the passing of Wilson and the play of the defense.
