Cincinnati started the season on a positive note with a tight 23-22 victory against the New York Jets as a one-point road favorite, but the Bengals are now 1-2 SU with a 0-2-1 record ATS following a 24-16 loss to Pittsburgh on the road as three-point underdogs and a 29-17 setback against Denver at home as 3.5-point favorites. The total has gone OVER in two of their first three games.

<p>
In last week’s loss to the Broncos, Jeremy Hill paced the Bengals’ running game with 97 yards and two scores on 17 carries as part of their 143 total yards on the ground. The passing game under Andy Dalton was somewhat grounded with a total of 189 yards. Through three games, Cincinnati is still ranked seventh in the NFL in passing yards per game, but it falls all the way to 25th in scoring with an average of 18.7 points. Defensively, the Bengals are allowing an average of 25 points and 356.6 yards of total offense a game.

Miami at Cincinnati Prediction

This almost becomes a must-win game at home for Cincinnati as one of the top teams in the AFC, but Miami is not about to make things easy after putting together a solid performance on offense the past two weeks.

My first thought was to go with the Dolphins and the seven points on the road, but I think that both of these teams will score enough points to take the total OVER BetOnline’s current 44.5-point betting line.
