Sunday Night Football in an 8:30 p.m. start on NBC from Oakland Coliseum features an inter-conference matchup between the 7-6 Dallas Cowboys and the 6-7 Oakland Raiders with major playoff implications on the line for both teams.

<h2>
Dallas at Oakland Game Overview<br />
</h2>
<p>
Dallas has played it way back into the wild card playoff race in the NFC with back-to-back division wins against Washington at home and the New York Giants on the road both straight-up and against the spread. The Cowboys improved to 7-6 both ways and the total has now stayed UNDER in five of their last six outings. Staying on the road this week, they have gone 4-2 ATS in six previous road games this year.
</p>
<p>
This will be Ezekiel Elliott’s final game of his current six-game league suspension and the final time that second-year quarterback Dak Prescott will have to prove he can win without his All Pro running back in the lineup. The Cowboys were able to finally generate some offense in their past two games with a combined 68 points scored after being held to an average of just 7.3 points a game in Elliott’s first three games out of the lineup.

<p>
The Raiders missed out on a chance to get a big leg up in the AFC West title race in last Sunday’s 26-15 loss to rival Kansas City as 4.5-point road underdogs. They will most likely have to win out in their final three games to have any chance of making a second-straight postseason appearance. Oakland is 4-8-1 ATS this season with the total staying UNDER in eight of the 13 games. It has failed to cover in four of seven home games so far.
</p>
<p>
In that recent loss to the Chiefs, Derek Carr completed 24-of-41 passing attempts for 211 yards and a score and he was also picked off twice to go along with three sacks. He is going to have to play much better than that on Sunday night to lead his team to a victory in what has turned into a must win game. The Raiders are also going to need a better effort from a defense that is 22nd in the league in yards allowed while giving up an average of 23.4 points per game.

Dallas at Oakland Week 15 Free Game Prediction

The loser of the game is pretty much out of the playoffs while the winner still needs quite a bit of help to get in. This kind of drama should work to keep things close right until the final gun. The Cowboys may have turned the corner with those last two wins, but I do not see that ride continuing past Sunday night with the Raiders playing to form in prime time in front of the rapid home-town crowd. I am going with Oakland SU in this one.
