Just like that Week 16 of the NFL season is upon us. A couple AFC East rivals face off this week as the Buffalo Bills will travel to Foxboro and take on the New England Patriots. These two teams faced off back in Week 8 when the Patriots came out on top 25-6. Since then the New England Patriots have gone 3-3 over the past six weeks, entering this game as losers of two-straight. They still currently sit atop the division at 9-5, while the Bills have already been eliminated from playoff contention at 5-9 on the year. The Patriots come into this game favored at -12.5.

Bills Look to Allen to Keep Momentum Going<br />
</h2>
<p>
Buffalo has also gone 3-3 since Week 8, as fans are getting a little taste of what rookie quarterback Josh Allen brings to the table. While Allen is completing just 52.2% of his passes, he really proved himself as a dual-threat quarterback on the ground between Week's 12-14. Allen averaged 112 rushing yards during that span and broke Michael Vick's record of the most rushing yards by a quarterback in a three-game span. Allen has just as many TD passes this season (6), as he does on the ground. Allen, who was known more for his arm coming out of college, currently leads the Bills in rushing with 506 rushing yards and 6 TDs. The Bills will look to build off their Week 15 victory over the Detroit Lions this week against the Patriots.

Patriots Keep Trying to Break Their Slump<br />
</h2>
<p>
As said before, the Patriots have lost back-to-back games for the second time this season. After losing Week's 2 and 3, New England rattled off six-straight wins, and we expect them to bounce back this week against the Bills. The Patriots are 6-0 at home, while the Bills are just 2-5 on the road this season. Against the Steelers, the Patriots weren't really able to get the offense rolling. Tom Brady was able to connect on a 63-yard touchdown pass to Chris Hogan in the first quarter, but nothing else past that. Brady finished the game completing 25-of-36 passes for 279 yards with the one touchdown and an interception. Julian Edelman finished with a nice game, as he reeled in 7 catches for 90 yards.

<p>
The running game wasn’t there against a Steelers defense that ranks 6th-best against the run (96.9). Rob Gronkowski and Josh Gordon were both held in check combining for just 3 catches and 40 yards. The Patriots were gashed on the ground by Jaylen Samuels, who ran the ball 19 times for 142 yards. It remains to be seen who runs the ball for the Bills this week, as both Lesean McCoy and Chris Ivory were inactive last week due to injury. Marcus Murphy filled in until he dislocated his elbow, leaving the team with just Keith Ford in the backfield. The Patriots D/ST could be a nice streamer option in fantasy championships this upcoming week.
