Week 6's college football betting odds opened Auburn as a three-point road favorite over Florida, with an over/under of right around 47. Both those figures were holding steady in the early betting action.

<h2>
Tigers vs. Gators Set-Up<br />
</h2>
<p>
Auburn is 5-0 on the season, ranked No. 7 in this week's AP poll, after routing Mississippi State last Saturday 56-23. The Tigers scored a touchdown on their first play from scrimmage, led 21-0 six minutes into the game and 42-9 at the half, then drove the opening possession of the second half 75 yards to another touchdown, on their way to the victory and the easy cover as 11-point favorites.
</p>
<p>
On the evening Auburn outgained the Bulldogs 580-334, and most of the yardage the Tigers defense gave up came after the outcome had been decided.
</p>
<p>
Auburn opened this season with a 27-21 win over what looks like a pretty good Oregon team, and two weeks ago the Tigers won at Texas A&M 28-20. So Auburn is 3-0 both SU and ATS against Power 5 opponents so far this season.

<p>
Florida, meanwhile, is also 5-0 this season, ranked No. 10, after blanking FCS Towson last Saturday 38-0. The Gators drove the opening possession of the game 82 yards to a touchdown, led 17-0 at the half, then pulled away from there, albeit against a much-lesser foe. Florida also came up just short of covering the spread as 39-point favorites.
</p>
<p>
On the day the Gators outgained Towson 422-272, but they were also the beneficiaries of several Tigers' mistakes.
</p>
<p>
Two weeks ago Florida won at Tennessee 34-3, covering at -12. So UF is 2-0 SU, 1-1 ATS since junior Kyle Trask took over as the starter at quarterback for the injured Feleipe Franks.
</p>
<p>
The Gators opened this season with an uninspiring win over an iffy Miami outfit, and two weeks ago had to come from behind to beat Kentucky 29-21. So Florida is 3-0 SU but only 1-2 ATS this season against Power 5 foes.
</p>
<p>
These programs may be SEC rivals but the last time they met came way back in 2011, a 17-6 Tigers victory at Jordan Hare. Don't ya love those unbalanced schedules?
