<p>The Mets took the opener of this three-game series at Citi Field Monday night and now seek to clinch the series when the teams meet again Tuesday night. It'll be a battle of left-handers, at least for a while, as David Peterson hits the hill for New York here against Ryan Weathers for San Diego.

<p>Tuesday's baseball betting market opened New York and Peterson at around -135 over San Diego and Weathers, with an over/under of 8.5. Early betting action then bumped the Mets a nickel to -140.</p>
