Minnesota Twins vs. Kansas City Royals Prediction

The Twins have won three in a row, including the first two games of this series, after dropping three straight. Their lineup has been solid since the All Star break and in their three-game winning streak they have totaled 22 runs. Minnesota is well out of the AL Central race, but they are in the 2nd spot in the Wild Card two games up on the L.A. Angels. The Royals have lost two in a row and three of their last four games and they are 4.5 games back of the Twins in the race for the 2nd Wild Card. Kansas City has lost five of their last six home games and they have given up 27 runs in their last four games. Berrios has not enjoyed much success facing the Royals in his career and he has really struggled on the road this season. Look for those things to continue in this game, as he will not have a good outing and the Twins will lose their 9th straight road game with him on the hill. Kansas City will take this game and try to salvage the series split tomorrow.
