Darvish has not allowed more than one earned run in any of his last four starts. He last faced the Cubs last season when he was with the Texas Rangers and took the loss giving up two runs in four innings. This is Hendricks first start of the season against the Dodgers and in three career regular season games facing them he is 2-1 with an ERA of 3.15. In nine career post-season starts he is 2-1 with an ERA of 2.60.
