They never really had a chance in that match, where after a goal-less first half, they conceded the only goal at the 53rd minute. Philadelphia Union has been in sad shape so far in the season, and even more so lately, as they have lost four of their last five matches without even scoring. Moreover, they have conceded multiple goals in four of their last five as well. Philadelphia is now sitting at the 9th spot of the Eastern Conference with 8 points, having scored a mere six goals so far, while conceding 14 in the process. They have been awful on the road so far (0-4-0), where they have yet to score a single goal and have conceded nine so far. They will be happy to see just one player with an injury concern, as Marquez has been ruled out.
