On the other hand, Manchester City (26-1-3) has been great this season, especially in the Premier League. They have been sitting at the top of the league table for the better part of the season, and they are already 16 points ahead of runners-up Manchester United. In their last match before the international break, Manchester City was hosted by Stoke City and had no problems in recording yet another win, this time by 2-0. They were perfect in that match, as they didn't allow their opponents to take a single shot on target. Apart from the Premier League, Manchester City have also done a great job in the Champions League as well, where they have managed to reach the quarter-finals after overcoming Basel by 5-2 on aggregate. They are now up against Liverpool in the quarter-finals, and the first leg will be played in Liverpool this coming Wednesday. Manchester City has a massive cushion in the Premier League, so it wouldn't be surprising if they didn't win against Everton. They will be making this trip with a few injury concerns, as Mendy has been ruled out, while Aguero and Delph are currently being listed as questionable to participate.
