The Bills are looking to bounce back from a lethargic performance in London last week while the Giants are just hoping to score a touchdown, heading into this week's edition of Sunday night NFL betting action at Orchard Park.

Buffalo's favored by the largest point spread in the NFL so far this season over New York, which will go with journeyman Tyrod Taylor at QB in place of the injured Daniel Jones.

NFL Betting Lines

The Week 6 NFL betting market opened Buffalo at -15 over the Giants, with an over/under of right around 46. Early betting action then edged the Bills to -15.5 and dropped that total to 43.5.

Giants-Bills NFL Betting Preview

New York lugs a three-game losing skid into Sunday night after falling at Miami last Sunday 31-16. The Giants gave up the first 14 points of the game, used a 102-yard pick-6 to get within 14-10 late in the first half but faded from there and came up short ATS at +13.

New York got out-gained by the Dolphins 524-268, gave up 222 yards on the ground and didn't score an offensive touchdown.

Two weeks ago the Giants also didn't score an offensive touchdown and lost to Seattle 24-3. And three weeks ago New York managed just one offensive TD, thanks to a short field, and lost to San Francisco 30-12.

At 1-5 overall, the Giants are already in trouble of falling by the wayside this season.

Meanwhile, Buffalo just had a three-game winning streak snapped by a 25-20 loss to Jacksonville in London last Sunday. The Bills, favored by five points, gave up the first 11 points of the game, trailed 11-7 at the half, then gave up the first seven points of the second half and never recovered.

Buffalo allowed 474 yards of Jaguars offense, including 196 on the ground, produced just 29 yards rushing itself and lost time of possession by a 38:22 split.

Two weeks ago the Bills beat Miami 48-20; three weeks ago they beat Washington 37-3; and four weeks ago they beat Las Vegas 38-10.

So at 3-2 overall, Buffalo is exactly where it should be, with three very good performances and two rather glum ones.

On the injury front, New York will be without starting QB Jones Sunday while RB Saquon Barkley, who's missed the last three games with a bad ankle, is still listed as questionable. The Giants might also be down a couple of starters along the offensive line. On the other sidelines, the Bills could be without a couple of defensive starters.

These teams last met four seasons ago, a 28-14 Buffalo victory at East Rutherford. Josh Allen quarterbacked the Bills that day against Eli Manning for New York.

NFL Betting Trends

Tyrod Taylor is 26-25-1 SU, 29-23 ATS as an NFL starter.

Double-digit favorites are 5-1 both SU and ATS in the NFL this season.

Totals Report

The unders are 4-1 in Giants games this season, which are averaging 43 total points.

The unders are 3-2 in Bills games this season, which are averaging 48 points.

Through Thursday night, the unders are 44-35 in the NFL this season.

Giants vs. Bills Week 6 Prediction

Buffalo played very sluggish last week in London, but this is still a conference title contender. We expect a bounce-back effort from the Bills this week. Meanwhile, New York can't score touchdowns, and the defense ranks 28th in the League. That playoff run of last season suddenly seems like a long time ago. We're betting Buffalo Sunday night, minus the points.
