<p>
The Cowboys own first place in their divisional race, while Minnesota owns a wild-card spot, heading into this Week 10 NFC showdown Sunday night down at JerryWorld. Dallas is only favored by a home-field advantage for this one, and Minnesota is a little iffy on the road as of late. Which way are we going here for our free NFL pick?

Vikings vs. Cowboys Set-Up<br />
</h2>
<p>
Minnesota just had a four-game winning streak snapped by a 26-23 loss at Kansas City last week. The Vikings spotted the Chiefs the first seven points of the game, later led 23-20 in the fourth quarter but let KC kick two field goals in the last two and a half minutes, the second one from 44 yards out at the buzzer, to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
</p>
<p>
On the day Minnesota got out-gained by the Mahomes-less Chiefs 377-308, got out-rushed 147-96 and lost time of possession by a 32:28 split. The Vikes also gave up a touchdown on a 91-yard run, missed an extra point, and produced -7 yards of total offense on their last two possessions of the game.
</p>
<p>
Prior to that loss, Minnesota had won four in a row. Each victory was by double-digits, out-gaining, and out-rushing each of those four opponents.
</p>
<p>
At 6-3 overall, the Vikings trail first-place Green Bay by a game and a tie-breaker in the NFC North, but they also own the second NFC wild-card spot at the moment.

Dallas, meanwhile, owns a two-game winning streak, after beating the Giants in New Jersey Monday night 37-18. The Cowboys trailed that game 12-3 late in the second quarter but scored ten quick points to lead 13-12 at the half. Dallas then won the second half 24-6 for the victory and the cover as a six-point favorite.
</p>
<p>
On the night, the Cowboys out-gained New York 429-271 and out-rushed the Giants 172-100.
</p>
<p>
Dallas has also now out-gained and out-rushed each of its last four opponents.
</p>
<p>
At 5-3 overall, the Cowboys lead the NFC East by a game and a tie-breaker over second-place Philadelphia.
</p>
<p>
These teams last met three seasons ago, a 17-15 Dallas victory in Minneapolis. Dak Prescott quarterbacked the Cowboys that day, while Sam Bradford piloted the Vikings.

Vikings at Cowboys Prediction 11/10/19

These two teams are very evenly matched, and this game could easily come down to a late field goal, one way or the other. And in cases like this, we like the dog and the extra field goal. Also, we expect a bounce-back performance after the loss last week by Minnesota, while Dallas is playing on a short week, after winning Monday night. We're taking the Vikings and the points here.
