Kings vs. Pacers Game Overview
Do not look now but the Kings have won their last three games both straight-up and against the spread with Sunday night's 124-80 romp over Cleveland as three-point home favorites. They are now 13-22 SU overall with a 9-13 record at home. They will now try and carry this recent success over to the road where they are 4-9 SU. Sacramento is 15-18-2 ATS overall with a road record ATS of 6-6-1. The total has gone OVER in eight of those 13 road games.
To have any shot at keeping Tuesday night's game close, the Kings will need a huge effort from DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay and Isaiah Thomas. Cousins leads the team in both points (23.3) and rebounds (11.5) while hitting 49.4 percent from the floor. Gay came over to Sacramento in an early December trade with Toronto and he is averaging 19.9 points and 6.5 rebounds a night. Thomas leads the team in assists with 6.3 and he is chipping in another 19.3 points.

Indiana has established itself as the team to beat in the East with an overall record of 29-7 SU that has it 2.5 games up on Miami for the lead in the conference standings. The Pacers have gone 8-2 SU in its last 10 games, but there have been some close calls lately with a 2-4 mark ATS in their last six outings. Overall, they are a profitable 24-12 ATS and they have covered in 13 of 19 games at home. The total has stayed UNDER in 14 of those 19 games.
The Pacers are averaging 96.9 points a game, which is ranked in the bottom third of the NBA, but you do not have to score a ton of points when you have a defense that is ranked first in the league in points allowed (87.9). They are pulling down 44.6 rebounds a game and shooting 45.3 percent from the field. Paul George leads the team in scoring with 22.6 points a game to go along with four additional players scoring in double figures. Roy Hibbert has a team-high 7.9 rebounds a game and Lance Stephenson leads in assists with 5.2.

Betting Trends
The Kings are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games and 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a SU winning record. The total has gone OVER in their last five games on the road.
The Pacers are 21-7 ATS in their last 28 home games but they have failed to cover in their last four games following a SU win. The total has stayed UNDER in 10 of their last 11 games overall.
The favorite in this series is 5-2-1 ATS in the last eight meetings and the total has stayed UNDER in four of the last seven games.

Total Line Pick
Sacramento brings some solid momentum into this matchup, but given its track record on the road this season and am not completely comfortable jumping on all those points. What I am comfortable with is a play on the UNDER in what will be a low scoring contest. The current total line is set at 194, which to me is a gift in this matchup.
