New York Yankees vs. Houston Astros ALCS Game 1 Prediction

The Yankees lost the first two games of the ALDS before winning three straight to take the series against the Indians. After giving up 13 runs in the first two games of the series they only gave up a total of five in the last three games. While New York is two games under .500 on the road this season they did close out the ALDS against Cleveland on the road. The Astros took care of the Boston Red Sox in four games in the ALDS where they totaled 21 runs in the three wins and only three in the one loss. Tanaka has been lights out in his last two starts and he has not given up an earned runs in 14 innings of work. He will be facing a Houston lineup that was the highest scoring team in the Majors this season. Keuchel had a good start in the ALDS and in his lone start against the Yankees this season he went six innings and gave up one earned run in a 3-2 Houston win. He will out-duel Tanaka in what will be a pitchers duel and lead the Astros to the Game 1 win in a low scoring affair.
