BC had a chance to earn the third seed in the West heading into its season finale on the road against Calgary, but it came up short in a 26-9 loss as an 8.5-point home underdog. This followed a 35-16 road loss to Saskatchewan as a 4.5-point underdog on the road in Week 20. This two-game skid spoiled a straight-up 6-1 record in the Lions’ previous seven games while going 5-2 against the spread.

Travis Lulay has been BC’s primary starting quarterback this season, but Jonathan Jennings has also seen a substantial amount of playing time under center in relief. Combined, they have guided the Lions to a scoring average of 23.5 points per game, which is the lowest in the West Division. BC’s defense has allowed the most points in the West at 26.3 PPG.

The Tiger-Cats also stumbled down the stretch with a pair of losses to Ottawa (SU and ATS) in a home-and-home series followed by a meaningless 30-28 loss to Montreal as 4.5-point home favorites in their season finale. The more significant concern heading into the playoffs is a 2-5 mark both SU and ATS over their final seven games.

BC At Hamilton Prediction 11/11/2018

The total went OVER the closing line in seven of Hamilton's last nine games behind the highest scoring offense in the East with an average of 28.5 PPG. Jeramiah Masoli was second in the CFL throwing the ball with 5,209 total passing yards, and he was third on the list in passing touchdowns with 28 against 18 interceptions. I have the Tiger-Cats scoring enough points on Sunday to cover ATS as home favorites.
