NFL Team betting trends are used by many bettors as an important handicapping angle. We think that’s a mistake as many trends carry as much weight as flipping a coin 5 times and it coming up heads after all 5 flips. That being said there are some NFL trends that hold some value in your handicapping process. For example some of our staff cappers would look at short to medium term divisional team versus team and how a team fares as a home or road favorite.
