Point Spread: Oklahoma State Cowboys (-3.5)
Game Total Line: (68)

The Cowboys (3-0, 2-1 against the spread) offense is running wild. Oklahoma State is cranking out a healthy 57 points per game after a 65-28 demolition of Tulsa two weeks ago. The amount of yardage these guys are piling up is almost unbelievable-nearly 600 per game. Quarterback Brandon Weedon is quickly establishing himself as a legitimate threat. The first-year starter tossed six touchdown passes last week and looks incredibly comfortable in Oklahoma State's spread. Moreover, the team has a fantastic running game to turn to; Kendall Hunter is averaging 157 yards per game.
Improvement is needed on the other side of the ball. Oklahoma State is allowing over 27 points per game this season, and it barely escaped with a win over Troy when the "D" was gouged for 38 points (though, to be fair, seven of them came off a kick return). After a solid effort in the first two games, the Cowboys looked soft against the run last week, letting Tulsa run wild for 199 yards and two touchdowns.
Texas A&M (3-0, 1-1 ATS) opened its season with back-to-back 48-point efforts, but there are some serious questions after a 27-20 victory over Florida International two weeks ago. The offense was complete stymied through three quarters, though it finally exploded for three touchdowns in the fourth. Jerrod Johnson struggled badly under center completing just 11 of his 31 passes. He also tossed four interceptions while taking six sacks. Even if the Aggies cut those negative plays in half, they're in trouble against Oklahoma State.
At least the Aggies are getting a solid effort on "D." They're allowing just 14 points per game while holding opponents to about 255 yards per outing. Of course, the schedule has been rather soft and nobody A&M has faced has poised even remotely the threat Oklahoma State does. The Aggies are doing a good job rushing the passer, though, while will be instrumental against Weedon.
Oklahoma State has won two consecutive games against Texas A&M. The total has gone over in five of their last six meetings; SPORTSBETTING.com has set the total for Saturday's match up at 68 points.
