In their last 10 games against the Dodgers they are 5-5 SU, 3-3 SU on the road.

He has gotten rocked around his last two starts giving up a combined 19 hits and 10 runs in 14 innings of work. In three career starts against the Dodgers he is 2-0 with a 3.38 ERA.

The Angels lineup has overcome a slow start and has done a much better job of generating runs over their last 10 games. Their team batting average is now .258, 9th in the AL and they have scored 293 runs, sixth best in the league. Torrii Hunter (40 RBI's and 9 HR's) and Kendry Morales (39 RBI's and 11 HR's) have done most of the damage so far.

The LA Dodgers are finally looking like the team that has won the NL West the past few seasons. They are 8-2 SU in their last 10 games and with an overall record of 36-24, lead San Diego in the division by one game. They are 26-14 ATS as the favorite and against the over/under line they have gone 33-26-1.

On the mound tonight for the Dodgers will be right hander Chad Billingsley. In 12 starts this season he is 6-3 with a 3.80 ERA. In his last outing he went six innings giving up seven hits and three earned runs in a loss to Atlanta, but for the most part he has been pitching solid all season long.

The Dodgers bats have been explosive so far as they are second in the NL with a team average of .269 and fourth in the league in runs scored with 285. Andre Ethier leads the team with 40 RBIs and is tied with Matt Kemp with 11 homeruns.

Rankin's Pick

Both teams come in this one playing at a high level, but the Dodgers have played especially well at home going 23-10 SU. Billingsley gets the edge on the mound and should be able to keep the Angels lineup quiet for a good part of the game. Take the Dodgers -1.5 +125 at Bodog
